The Bakehouse is a bakery restaurant that makes everything from scratch. We bake bread, pies, muffins, scones and cinnamon buns fresh for breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week. We have won awards for "Best Bakery on the North Shore" and have been written up regularly — always with rave reviews. One article called The Bakehouse "Hobbit-like, with wonderful food." Our menu includes soups and stews, sandwiches on fresh breads and salads. For breakfast: bennies, cinnamon bun French toast with caramelized apples and other specialities on the weekends.

Reservations are a must at The Edge Bistro`s small, but comfortable 48-seat white tablecloth dining room. The menu filled with approximately 80 percent Italian dishes and a host of other Mediterranean-style food. The North Shore News name it the best new restaurant on the North Shore in 2007. A comprehensive wine list featuring more than 100 different whites and reds, they had won the third best BC Wine List and also got a Golden Plate award for 2008 from Georgia Strait. With excellent service and top quality food, The Edge Bistro promises guests a true fine dining experience with reasonable prices of a small bistro.

La Galleria Fine Foods is a deli that offers fresh meals like lasagne, cannelloni, homemade soups, tomato and meat sauce and stocks. They also make amazing sandwiches — popular all over Vancouver — and for this, won the Readers' Choice Award on the North Shore 7 years in a row. You will find a great choice of salads prepared each day on the premises. On their shelves, you will find Italian pasta, oil, vinegar and sweets.
